acts only in the capacity as agent for the passenger and therefore
accepts no responsibility in whole or in part for any delay, loss or
accident occasioned by fault or negligence of any person or company
entrusted with the performance of such service or form whatever cause.
Island Cruises will not be responsible for any expense or inconvenience
caused by late arrivals and or departures of ships, airplanes, buses,
trains and any change in schedule or conditions beyond their control.
The airline ticket issued by the airlines shall constitute the sole
contract between the passenger and the airline.
