to sail first world cruise in 2007

NEW
YORK -- Silversea Cruises will offer its first round-the-world
cruise in January 2007 on the Silver Shadow.
The
voyage, which Silversea billed as its “long-anticipated first
World Cruise to completely circle the globe,” departs Jan. 15,
2007, from Fort Lauderdale and ends in New York on May 22, 2007.
The
cruise, Silversea said, “will cross three oceans, seven seas and
six continents, visiting 61 different ports.”
Fares
start at $52,794 per person for the full cruise, which includes
complimentary shoreside events, transfers to and from the ship,
baggage handling, a $1,000 onboard credit per passenger, eight
shore excursions, a gala event and commemorative gifts

delivery, and more. Segment guests may also
receive shipboard credits depending on the
length of their segment and category of
stateroom booked. Additional savings are also
available for Holland America Line past guests
(Mariners) and past guests of any of the World's
Leading Cruise Lines.
